Seasonal Service

Suspend your account(s) temporarily while you’re away.

Your account(s) will be placed on hold, so when you return, your services can be activated quickly and conveniently. Seasonal Service also allows you to keep your same phone number, email address, Cloud DVR recordings, set-top box, modem and other equipment.

While service is suspended, reduced seasonal charges may apply. Please call for pricing.
  • Which services can be suspended?

    Internet, television and phone services can all be suspended. However, internet and TV must remain active for at least six consecutive months, while phone service must remain active for at least three consecutive months.

  • What if I need internet service to monitor my home systems while I’m away?

    The Seasonal Smart Home Internet Plan is for customers who require minimal internet service during the off-season to run their smart home technology. Ask about available speed options.

  • What if I don’t want to suspend all my services?

    You don't need to. However, please note, you may not receive bundle/package savings during that time depending upon which services are suspended and which ones remain active.

  • What is the most flexible seasonal plan offered?

    The Come & Go Plan is designed for flexibility. On this plan you decide which days you want your service(s) turned on and off.

  • Do you have other seasonal plans available?

    Set Seasonal Plans offer 6-Month (May 1-Oct 31), 8-Month (April 1-Nov 30) or 10-Month (April 1-Jan 31) Plans. These plans automatically go into effect on those dates, and you do not need to do anything to turn your service(s) on or off.

  • What if I’m in a commitment?
    You can still suspend your service(s), however, the months when service is suspended do not count towards the commitment.
