Welcome to Arvig Online Bill Pay.
If this is your first time using our online bill pay site, you will need to create a login. Click here for instructions.
NOTE: if you have Arvig WiFi TV - you're all set. Please use those credentials to sign in.
Once logged in, you’ll have easy access to:
- an overview of your account and services
- make a one-time payment (there will be a $3.95 processing fee applied)
- set up or edit your AutoPay using your checking or savings account
- set up Paperless Billing (there may be a $3 fee per paper statement printed and mailed to you)
- view statements and payments

How to read your:
Q: I received an email from Paymentus. Who are they?
A: Paymentus is Arvig's payment processing service. Once a year, they send a notice letting consumers know their rights in the case of a payment error. If you have not found an error, you may disregard this email. If you have found an error, please contact Arvig Customer Care at 888.992.7844.
Q: Can I pay my Arvig bill with my smartphone?
A: Yes, you can use your smartphone. In some cases, you may be prompted to enable third-party cookies first.
How to enable third-party cookies in Safari:
Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security > be sure Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block All Cookies are both set to off. Please note that you may need to restart Safari for the new settings to take effect.
