Voice Mail
your local telephone answering service that enables you to play, send, answer and forward your messages from any touch-tone phone or computer.
Mailbox
the place where your messages are stored.
Mailbox Number
your ten-digit telephone number (including area code).
Password
the security code used to access your telephone number.
Temporary Passcode
six zeros (000000).
Local Voice Mail Access Number
ACS local telephone number exchange plus 0123. Here are some of the ACS local exchange numbers: 862, 844, 548, 237, 895, 632, 859, 486, 338, 346, 584, 547. If you are unsure of your access number, please contact ACS.
Fax
optional feature that allows you to receive incoming faxes via the web.
