For all call scenarios, if the cardholder does not have touch-tone capability, they may hold for an operator to complete the call after dialing the access number.

Domestic Origination - Domestic Termination

  1. Dial the toll-free access number and wait for the system prompt

  2. At the prompt, enter the card number and PIN (14 digits total)

  3. At the tone, dial the destination number

  4. Wait for the call to process

Domestic Origination - International Termination

  1. Dial the toll-free access number and wait for the system prompt

  2. At the prompt, enter the card number and PIN (14 digits total)

  3. At the tone, dial 011 + destination number. Destination number will be of the format country code + city code + number

  4. Wait for the call to process

International Origination - Domestic Termination

  1. Dial the international toll-free access number (ITFS) for the country from which the call is being placed

  2. At the prompt, enter the last four digits of the domestic toll-free access number

  3. At the prompt, enter the card number and PIN (14 digits total)

  4. At the tone, dial the destination number (format: NPA-NXX-1234)

  5. Wait for the call to process

International Origination - International Termination

  1. Dial the international toll-free access number (ITFS) for the country from which the call is being placed

  2. At the prompt, enter the last four digits of the domestic toll-free access number

  3. At the prompt, enter the card number and PIN (14 digits total)

  4. At the tone, dial 011 + destination number. Destination number will be of the format country code + city code + number

  5. Wait for the call to process.
