Remote Call Forwarding

Remote Call Forwarding allows you to activate or deactivate your Call Forwarding option from a remote location.

To Activate Remote Call Forwarding:

1. Dial xxx-9000. You will hear a message asking to enter your 10 digit phone number and PIN

2. Dial your number to forward from 218-XXX-XXXX-0000 followed by the pound "#" key.
   0000 is the default password

3. You will hear a message to please enter a code to activate or deactivate your feature (busy)
   Dial * 72 # to add call forwarding

4. You will hear "enter a number to forward to". Enter digits as you would from your phone.
   (ie: 1+XXX or from Centrex 9+1+XXX...). Followed buy the pound "#" sign

5. You will hear your number and asking to press "1" to confirm. You will then hear a busy tone

6. Finished

To De-Activate Remote Call Forwarding:

1. Dial xxx-9000. You will hear a message asking to enter your 10 digit phone number and PIN

2. Dial your number to forward from 218-XXX-XXXX-0000 followed by the pound "#" key.
   0000 is the default password

3. You will hear a message to please enter a code to activate or deactivate your feature (busy)
   Dial * 73 # to delete the call forwarding

4. You will then hear a busy tone

5. Finished
